Traditional sapphire procurement entails costly travel, logistical hurdles, and limited access to local markets, often leaving external buyers with inflated prices or no access at all. Consequently, many customers resort to attending trade fairs or traveling to Hong Kong or Bangkok, exacerbating the inefficiencies of the current procurement process.

Live Participation from Home
At selected times, we broadcast the entire process live from our purchasing office in Beruwala. Miners come and present their gemstones for inspection. We use two camera setups: one for an overview of the store and the other for detailed gemstone inspection. It's important to note that as a customer, you receive an exclusive time slot, ensuring undivided attention from the suppliers.
Process
1. Suppliers arrive at our office at the specified times. We do not know in advance which supplier will come or what products they will bring.
2. You join the entire process live on Zoom
3. The supplier presents the goods, and you decide whether the gemstone is of interest to you or not.
4. If you are interested in a stone, you can either negotiate directly with the supplier or leave the negotiation to our on-site experts, as they are familiar with the current local prices.
5. Upon agreement, you will receive an online payment window displaying the total price (purchase price + commission).
6. After the payment the gem is yours. We put the gems to a lab for certification, create all export documents and then ship the goods to your destination.

After Sales
After the purchase, you have several options available. Upon request, we will take the gemstone to a laboratory to verify and guarantee its authenticity and other characteristics. Afterwards, the gemstone will either be shipped directly to you or to our office in Germany, where we will handle customs clearance for you. It is important to note: If during certification it is found that the gemstone exhibits features (such as treatments) that differ from the original purchase conditions, you have the option to withdraw from the purchase.
